Dawgfit Group

Technique, Fitness, and Fun!

The next iteration of ABSC’s Stroke Clinic Series is our brand new Dawgfit Group!

Dawgfit offers great technique work with a flexible schedule and an affordable cost. Dawgfit is meant for elementary and middle-school aged swimmers who want to stay in shape, improve their swim technique, and have a great time along the way. While Dawgfit swimmers don't participate in meets, they are still coached by ABSC's USA Swimming Certified staff. Whether you’re trying out the sport, staying in shape for the next summer league or school season, or simply wanting to improve your technique, our clinic series is the right place for you.

Other Details

  • Billing for Dawgfit is administered monthly, and can be set up for auto-billing or manual payment.

  • Dawgfit is for elemetnary and middle school-aged swimmers, and is not a learn-to-swim lesson. If a swimmer is unable to swim freestyle for at least 50 yards without stopping, they will be referred to ABSC’s Bulldog Swim School.

  • Dawgfit swimmers are not eligible for meets and do not register with USA Swimming. However, we can arrange to register them and collect meet entry payment if they would like to enter a meet upon the conclusion of a given clinic. Swimmers must be “legal” in all-four strokes to enter an ABSC meet.
